Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer of Learning Ally, responsible for leading the entire aspect of our People, Talent, and Culture policies. Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in periods of fast development and change. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the corporate and people strategies into goals, strategic plans, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management including employee participation and transformation. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders and teams as the biggest competitive advantages. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her to create cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie devotes her time and energy to Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non profit organizations. These include being a participant within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee that is committed to helping women to become leaders.
